Seed Technologies WebPAY™ Terms of Use

1. Your company is licensed to sell the products or services.
2. Your company provides the information about the products or services on your company website.
3. Your company provides the services or ships the products to the customer.
4. Your company does not sell pyramid memberships, phone minutes, digital cash, wagering pools, lottery tickets, pirating tools, hacking tools, spamming tools, false ID tools, password lists, or address lists.
5. Your products or services are legal in all states, provinces, and countries where you accept customers.
6. Your product prices are displayed on your website in US dollars.
7. Your company will administrate telephoned, faxed, or mailed payments internally. Seed Technologies WebPAY™ is used exclusively for Web-Based payments.
8. Your company agrees to the terms of the Seed Technologies WebPAY™ Client Agreement.
